Luciana brings more than 10 years of experience in digital analytics, customer data management, and enterprise-scale CDP implementations. She has extensive expertise across Tealium’s ecosystem, including EventStream, AudienceStream, Moments API, Data Access & Insights, Tealium iQ, and Tealium’s mobile SDKs. Her work spans real-time data collection, identity resolution, audience creation, activation workflows, and large-scale data pipeline architecture.
Luciana worked for five years at Tealium’s headquarters in San Diego, USA, serving as a CDP Solutions Engineer for global clients. During this time, she partnered closely with financial institutions, ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and high-performance real-time integrations. She later joined PennyMac Financial Services as a CDP Engineer, where she contributed to enterprise data strategy and customer experience optimization.
Supported by a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from the Federal University of Technology – Paraná (UTFPR), Luciana offers a combination of strong technical expertise and hands-on implementation experience, allowing her to architect scalable, compliant, and business-driven CDP solutions for enterprise clients.
Bruno brings over 20 years of combined industry and research experience in multiple fields, including digital hardware design, neural network acceleration, and memory-efficient AI systems.
He holds a PhD in Bioengineering from University of California, San Diego (UCSD) and has authored innovations in bio-inspired artificial intelligence and memory-efficient neural computation.
In recent years, Bruno has also dedicated part of his study and work to data analysis and digital marketing, leveraging his strong engineering and analytical foundations to improve customer data pipelines, optimize marketing performance, and build data-driven strategies. His engineering background enables him to bring high analytical rigor, integration capability, and system-level thinking to modern digital marketing challenges.
